If your clinical notes are empty or not generated, it may be due to one of the following:
1. interrupted internet during the session
2. closing the session too soon.
To resolve this:
1. Click the 'manual generate' button to create a transcript and clinical notes.
2. If there is no "manual generate button"
The other option if nothing is shown is to go back to the recording tab- select Click to view- scroll to the bottom of the transcript and click save- then see if the transcript is recreated.
3. If notes still don't generate, email hello@patientnotes.app for assistance.
To prevent this issue:
1. Don't navigate away from the patient notes recording tab during a session.
2. Allow time for notes to upload before exiting the clinical notes tab.
3. Don't shut down your computer before notes are generated.
4. Use the pause and resume function carefully, ensuring to resume when relevant clinical information is discussed to avoid missing important details.
